Shipping policy

Shipping is free with purchases of $100 or more. Rates apply to shipping of product pieces according to size and weight. Shipping comes from CA in most cases. In other cases, the shipping might come from the state in which an event was held and subsequent merchandise will be shipped from that location anywhere domestically. Shipping outside with U.S. will incur higher amount for shipping as per the location and shipping method used. 

If your item(s) does not arrive in a timely manner and the tracking number does not satisfy the whereabouts of the shipment, please notify Official Hi Post via email at hipost@gmail.com or by mail to Official Hi Post, PO Box 58012, Vernon CA 90058-9998.
